I met Jeff online while doing research for a paper I was preparing for a class on Technology in Music at George Mason University.  My topic was online music lessons and I decided to contact Jeff after seeing his fine website.  Jeff was pleased to give me a lengthy interview.  Better still,  Jeff arranged for me to have an iChat with him and one of his more advanced students.  And best of all, I got to watch and “listen in” on a portion of the actual lesson.  That few minutes of viewing the lesson in progress was worth the rest of my research combined.  I can state emphatically that technology has reached the state where online lessons, especially lessons with as qualified and helpful a teacher as Jeff, are clearly a choice for any serious student.  (And I got an A on the paper!)
